安全基本方針

ジャスミンツアーズは、旅行の安全確保が旅行事業者の社会的使命と深く認識し、従業員及び委託者にその意識の徹底を図り、旅行安全マネジメント体制の維持、継続的な改善に努めるため、次のとおり安全方針を定め、周知徹底します。

1. 安全管理責任者は、旅行の安全確保が事業経営の根幹であることを深く認識し、全従業員及び委託者にその重要性を認識させるとともに、主導的な役割を果たします。
2. 旅行安全マネジメントを確実に実施し、全従業員及び委託者が一丸となって業務を遂行することにより、絶えず旅行の安全性の向上に努めます。
3. 旅行の安全に関する情報の提供に努めます。
4. 旅行安全マネジメントのPDCA サイクル徹底により、継続的な見直しと改善に努めます。

1. Ensure our safety manager recognizes that travel safety is fundamental to our business operations,
   communicates its importance to all employees and partners, and takes a leading role in its implementation.
2. Implement and continuously improve our safety management system.
3. Provide comprehensive safety information to our clients.
4. Regularly review and enhance our safety practices through the PDCA cycle.

We will instill this safety-first mindset in all employees and partners to maintain the highest safety standards in all our travel services.
